A letter from Carol Pacione

Dear Family, Friends, Donors and Supporters,

Thank you for your commitment, support and dedication to the Mark D. Pacione Foundation.  I am forever grateful for your devotion to the cause and your continued friendship.

After much thought, prayer, and consultation with the executive board, I have decided to dissolve the Mark D. Pacione Foundation as of December 31, 2026.  This was a difficult decision because of the generosity of all of you to extend and expand the vision of youth and young adult ministry that was so dear to Mark.

Because of your generosity,  we have accomplished much.  Programs and projects have been launched, expanded and enriched through the Shine On grants.  The Foundation has supported local, national and international efforts.  And you can be justifiably proud of your part in making this possible.  Mark would be pleased and honored.

Our plans are to review and award funds for the 2026 Shine On grants.  If there are additional funds, these will be distributed to worthy causes and organizations that support the mission of the Mark D. Pacione Foundation.  To close the Foundation we plan to divest the Foundation of all funds prior to December 31, 2026.

If you would like to make a donation, we ask that you do so by December 1, 2026.  You can use the link at the bottom of this email.  Our website will remain available for a few months after the closure so we can give a full reporting of the grants and other funds awarded.

Thank you for your support, trust and commitment to the young church.

Carol
